On the seashore of the Ría de Vigo, with the Rande Strait on one side and the Cíes Islands on the other, we find the Arealonga promenade and beach, in the Laredo neighborhood (Chapela-Redondela). Walking to the sea breeze is always an attraction for children and adults who are looking for a space of tranquility. The walk has all the basic services and offers a small circuit so that boys and girls, on bicycles or skates, can take tours. In the beach area there are cafes and restaurants with terraces. And towards the end is the children’s park, with a zip line and other playful structures, which will make the little ones have a good time. The beach, with fine sand, is one of the three sandy areas in the municipality of Redondela. This is located near the passage of the Portuguese Way along the coast. It is always an attractive stop to rest, regain strength and enjoy maritime nature.
